Register: Online registration is available through the link below and will be open through Saturday, February 21 at 12 pm noon. After Friday, the price increases $5 because Saturday is race day. If you register after 12 pm noon on Friday, you must print your confirmation page and bring it to the race. Here is a PRINTABLE ENTRY FORM if you prefer to pay cash or check. There are 2 on a page so we don't waste paper and you can register a friend! Mail in registration may be sent to Pink Buffalo Productions LLC, P.O. Box 5404, Eugene, OR 97405. Participants may drop off registration at Eugene Running Company until Friday, February 20th, 2015 at 12 pm. Payment at ERC may be made with cash or check only, not plastic. Please make checks payable to Pink Buffalo Productions LLC. There are no refunds and the entry is non-transferable. You can register and/or pick up your race bib at Oregon Wine Lab on Friday, February 20 between 5 pm - 7 pm. Race day registration is open from 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm at Oregon Wine Lab at 488 Lincoln St, Eugene, OR 97401.
Entry Fee: $20 until Friday, February 20 at 12 pm. Add $5 at packet pick-up on race day. Seniors 60+ receive a $5 discount.
Post Race Refreshments: Each participant will receive a food ticket to redeem at the Sporks A La Cart booth inside Oregon Wine Lab. On the menu is: Chicken Andouille Gumbo, New Orleans Red Beans & Rice and Bread Pudding w/ Whiskey Sauce. Gluten free options are available upon request on race day. Sporks A La Cart will have food available for purchase for spectators and wine lab visitors. Participants may purchase wine & beer at the bar.
Team Competition: Teams must have at least 4 to score and all members must be registered and declared prior to race day. Note your team name while registering online or on the paper entry form. All team members must spell the team name exactly the same way. Prizes will be awarded to the fastest team and the team with the most participants. The prize for the fastest team is 5 complimentary entries to Easter Egg Stash Dash. The prize for most team members is 10 complimentary entries to Easter Egg Stash Dash.
Shirts: For a shirt, add $10. Shirts will be available for pre-order through February 1st. We may have some available for purchase at packet pick up, but that is not guaranteed.
Packet Pick-Up: Friday, February 20, from 5 pm - 7 pm at Oregon Wine Lab. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Oregon Wine Lab at 488 Lincoln St, Eugene, OR 97401 from 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm.
Aid Station: There will be one water station on the course near Maurie Jacobs Park and water at the finish line.
Parking: Park on Lincoln Street or other streets in the area. If you park on the streets, please keep in mind that there is a 2 hour limit & you may have to move your vehicle to avoid a ticket. Ticketing fairies go home at 6 pm. There is a free parking lot on the east side of Charnelton between 5th & 6th where the old Pacific Continental Bank used to be. It's a block and a half southeast of OWL. Here is a MAP.
Awards: Top 3 males and females overall and in each age group 21+ will be given a medal. Chip timing is provided by Eclectic Edge Racing. Scroll up to see team competition prizes.
21+ Over: Individuals 21 and older are permitted to enter Oregon Wine Lab. Thank you for understanding. Individuals 21 and under can be in the patio area. We're going to celebrate Mardi Gras with a run and a party!
