We encourage racers to book overnight accommodations as soon as possible as this weekend is particularly busy for the hotel industry. We also recommend AirBnB, click on this link for a $40 credit if you've never booked w/ AirBnB. --> www.airbnb.com/c/piperr1 for the best deals. We recommend you Google the property you're looking at renting and get directions to Sweet Cheeks Winery at 27007 Briggs Hill Rd, Eugene, OR 97405 prior to booking so that you know how much drive time you'll have on race morning. HERE IS THE BEST ROUTE TO GET TO SWEET CHEEKS from Eugene. We recommend you print & bring this map and directions as there is limited cellular service in wine country.
Here is a list of hotels we recommend:
Holiday Inn Eugene/Springfield, Hilton Eugene, Inn at the 5th, Holiday Inn Express Eugene/Springfield, Holiday Inn Express Hotel, EVEN Hotel

If you are a wine club member at Silvan Ridge, Sweet Cheeks or Noble Estate, contact your winery for the special code for $10 off that can be used online or on a paper form. The wineries are going head to head in this challenge to bring out the fastest runners and the most participants. Designate which winery you want to represent when you register!
Lane County does not allow vehicles to stop on the side of roads to spectate for the safety of participants and drivers. Please plan your spectating accordingly by finding a parking lot or large pull out prior to race day. Please do not park on someone's private property, do not block traffic, or allow children to stand on the side of Lane County roads.
Parking at Sweet Cheeks Winery typically fills with participant vehicles. Spectator vehicles are usually directed to the Silvan Ridge overflow lot, which is across the street from Sweet Cheeks Winery. We recommend spectators plan their arrival times accordingly.
