Race Day Volunteer Shifts - Saturday, April 14, 2018


6 am - 9 am                    Prepare coffee & breakfast burritos for volunteers

6:30 am - 9:30 am        Packet Pick Up: Handing Out Race Bibs & Shirts,     

                                           Parking Marshalling at Belknap Hot Springs 

7:15 am - 10:30 am     Facilitate Aid Stations on Course, Shift #1

8:30 am - 1 pm             Facilitate Aid stations on Course, Shift #2

9:30 am - 2 pm             Finish Line: Handing Out Medals, Helping in Chute


Kitchen Prep & Spaghetti Dinner Shifts - Friday, April 13, 2018

1 pm - 5 pm                   Prepare dinner & Saturday lunch

5 pm - 8 pm                   Serve spaghetti dinner & clean up kitchen

Check in with race director Piper Ruiz at Belknap Hot Springs Lodge & Gardens in the lobby on race morning before your shift.

BUFFALO CHIPS

Buffalo Chips are credits toward future race events with us. Credits must be used within 1 year of issue date and will be emailed to volunteers who sign up for shifts in advance and fulfill their commitments on race day. Credits must be used during online registration. Credits will be emailed to volunteers after the event.


Course Marshal for 3.5+ hours = $50 credit

Packet Pick Up & Registration or Parking Marshal for 1.5+ hours = $20 credit

Course Clean Up 2+ hours = $25 credit

When will I receive instructions?

We send out instructions via email 2 weeks prior to race day.


What if I commit to volunteering and then I cannot fulfill my commitment?

You are responsible for finding your replacement and calling Piper Ruiz with the name, phone number and email address of your replacement. You are responsible for forwarding your instructions to your replacement. Emails sent on race day will not be received. 


Can I request a specific role?
